  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We do accept pets, except any animal that appears on the "Restricted Breed Pet" list. Please see the leasing office for more information or go to our Pet Friendly page.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    There is a limit of two pets per household.
  3. Is my security deposit completely refundable?
    As long as there is no damage to the apartment caused by the resident, the security deposits are fully refundable upon move out.
  4. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    This community does not offer job transfer clauses in the lease at this time.
  5. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer 6-12 month lease terms.
  6. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may contact the leasing office during business hours to submit a service request, or you may dial 1-866-RIVER06 24 hours-a-day to report a maintenance issue. You may also submit an Online Service Request.
  7. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
  8. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    You will be assessed a late fee if rent is received after the 3rd of every month.
  9. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes.
  10. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Of course, the Villages at Turtle Rock will accept visitors. However, the lease only permits lease-holders to reside in the apartment for an extended length of time.
  11. Do you have reserved parking?
    The Villages at Turtle Rock offers the option of reserved carports, detached, and attached garages in a select group of apartments. We also offer the option of complimentary open parking on a first-come-first-served basis.
  12. I have a motorcycle. Where can I park it?
    You may park motorcycles in any available open, uncovered parking space.
  13. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    The leasing office will sign for and accept packages from approved carriers, to be picked up by residents in the leasing office during business hours.
  14. What is the maximum occupancy allowed per apartment?
    One Bedroom - Three Persons
    One Bedroom with Den - Five Persons
    Two Bedrooms - Five Persons
    Three Bedrooms - Seven Persons
    Four Bedrooms - Nine Persons
